1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AgentClaw ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
AgentClaw is a digital marketplace for AI agent configurations. Creators list production-tested agent configs for sale, and buyers purchase licenses to download and use those configurations.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and promptly update any changes.
4. Purchases and Payments
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are displayed in USD. Because agent configurations are digital goods delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds unless required by applicable law.
5. Creator Terms
Creators retain ownership of their agent configurations. By listing a configuration on AgentClaw, creators grant buyers a license to use the purchased configuration as described in these terms. Creators are responsible for ensuring they have the right to distribute their configurations.
6. Usage Rights
Purchasing a configuration grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use that configuration for your own projects. You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense purchased configurations. Each purchase is tied to a single user account.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Redistribute or resell purchased configurations
- Reverse engineer configurations for the purpose of resale
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
- Upload malicious configurations or content
- Impersonate any person or entity
8. Limitation of Liability
AgentClaw is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.
